Quality (30%):The proposal is free of spelling errors, paragraphs are well constructed, and the information is effectively written and does not read as a sales pitch.

质量（30%）：提案应当没有拼写错误，合理分段，信息被高效展示，并且不会被认为是推销文档。

Focus (20%): The topic of the presentation focuses on a specific topic correlating to one of the educational tracks and related to a specific aspect of the workplace.

重点：演讲主题和学习目标被清晰陈述，演讲聚焦于某一特定主题，与某一教育领域、工作环境的某一方面相关。

Application to the Profession (20%): The presentation provides useful information to the audience that can be applied upon their return to the office.

专业运用：为工作环境专业人士提供有用的信息，使他们在回去之后能够应用。

Presentation Experience (15%):The presenter’s experience is sufficient to deliver the session and hold the audience’s attention.

演讲经验：演讲者有足够的经验可以完成演讲，并抓住听众的注意力。

Professional Qualifications(15%): The presenter’s background and professional knowledge indicate that he/she is well qualified to deliver a session on the abstract’s subject matter.

职业资质：演讲者背景和专业知识，证明了他/她足以胜任完成一项摘要所显示主题的演讲。
